Stacking

Ecostacker gives dramatically reduced transport and shipping costs.
Our 20 litre Ecostacker drum can be stacked 18 per layer on a standard 1000mm x 1200mm pallet reducing transport costs by over 10% on existing 20 litre drums. Our 25 litre Ecostacker drum can also be stacked 18 per layer on a standard 1000mm x 1200mm pallet reducing transport costs by over 15% on existing 25 litre drums.

Ecostacker offers improved stacking and handling performance.
Ecostacker 20 and 25 litre drums have been designed to incorporate a unique head/foot interlocking design feature which gives unrivalled performance when stacking and transporting. When filled containers are stacked the load is evenly distributed across 8 contact areas to the container beneath ensuring the integrity, shape and visual presentation of the product is not compromised during handling and transportation.

Pack type: Palletised and stretch wrapped
Pallet size: 1000mm x 1200mm x 1468 high single stack, 2963mm high double stack
No. per pallet: 18 per layer, 54 per single stack, 108 per double stack
No. per full load: 2,754 with closures, 2,808 without closures

25 litre Packing Configuration
Pack type: Palletised and stretch wrapped
Pallet size: 1000mm x 1200mm x 1576 high single stack, 3152mm high double stack
No. per pallet: 18 per layer, 54 per single stack, 108 per double stack
No. per full load: 2,754 with closures, 2,808 without closures
